A founding partner of CGM, Adriano has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, technology, and data protection. He assists local and international companies from different sectors of the economy in their investments and business in Brazil and abroad. He also coordinates the digital law and privacy and data protection practices, and the firm’s technology and innovation group.
Adriano is member of the Deal Closing Committee and the Deal Flow Committee of the Columbia Alumni Ventures Brazil.​
He holds a LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law (Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) and a bachelor’s degree of laws from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
