He offers strategic guidance on critical HR matters, such as hiring, terminations, compensation package development, internal policy drafting, and the design of profit-sharing and stock option plans. In the social security sphere, Maury assists clients with cost management and compliance during inspections. His expertise extends to handling labor and social security aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting foreign companies with their establishment in Brazil, including immigration-related issues.

Alexander Lima is a seasoned global legal executive and strategic business partner with deep expertise leading legal, compliance, and commercial functions across complex, high-growth organizations. As VP & Associate General Counsel at Wesco International (NYSE: WCC), a $22B Fortune 200 company, he serves as General Counsel for Wesco’s CSS division, heads the Global Commercial Legal practice, and acts as Regional Compliance Officer for Latin America. Known for driving change and enabling growth, Alexander works closely with the C-suite and business leaders to align legal strategy with enterprise objectives. He also champions inclusion, having co-led Wesco’s People of Color BRG and served on its Global Inclusion & Diversity Steering Committee.
