Pierre-Luc Vimont has been Head of Legal for AXA Group Operations since 2020, managing a team of 20+ lawyers located in France, Asia, the US and Mexico and covering all legal matters related to AXA GO entities in 13 jurisdictions. More specifically, Pierre-Luc’s team support in the negotiation of group procurement contracts benefiting to all AXA entities worldwide, with a wide range of IT/IP topics, oversees corporate and governance matters of all entities in his scope and provides support to Group Emerging Tech and Data teams in the development of innovative products and related IP. He is also involved in M&A and litigation topics.

In April 2024, on top of his role, he was appointed as the General Manager of AXA Group Operations Switzerland.

Currently based in Switzerland, Pierre-Luc was admitted to the Paris bar in 2009, where he started his career in law firms before moving in-house at AVIVA and then AXA.
