Vincent has experience in various commercial arbitration cases in Peru in the sectors of transportation infrastructure, energy, mass consumption, agriculture, water and sanitation, among others. He has supported several commercial arbitration cases at the Lima Chamber of Commerce, at ICSID and at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Vincent is ranked as one of the best experts on economic and financial issues in Peru (in the context of arbitration cases) by Leaders League and on Quantum of Damages by Lexology. Pedro Jardim has been an in-house counsel at Petrobras for 17 years. Over the past 9 years, he has led the Company’s legal strategy in all international disputes, including complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. He coordinated Petrobras’ defense in major international cases, including securities class actions, compliance-related matters, and disputes involving mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures across various sectors of the energy industry.
In addition to his work in dispute resolution, he provides continuous legal support to the Finance and Investor Relations Executive Office. His practice also encompasses capital markets regulation, fundraising, financial transactions, and administrative proceedings before the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM.

Ms. Colomar-Garcia is also experienced in international business transactions, corporate counseling, corporate governance, and entity formation.

A frequent featured guest contributor to CNN Español and El Venezolano TV, she is also a contributor to Inter-American Dialogue’s Latin America Advisor on topics including international finance, banking, and money laundering.

She is admitted to the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the New York Bar, and the Barcelona Bar in Spain. She earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Universitat de Barcelona, Facultat de Dret in 2005.

Sergio Nascimento is a partner at Bermudes Advogados and a former International Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York (2017–2018). He is admitted to the New York State Bar, recognized by The Legal 500 and shortlisted as rising star by Leaders League.

He holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley (2017), a Master’s in Civil Law (2015), and a Bachelor of Laws (2010) from the University of São Paulo. Sergio was appointed by the Brazilian Government as a member of the Brazilian delegation to the UN Dispute Resolution Group (2019–2023).

He is author of the book “Assignment of Contract” 2019 and regularly contributes to academic and professional discussions on dispute resolution.
