Michele DeStefano is a professor at the University of Miami and visiting professor at Harvard Law School, where she teaches leadership, innovation, and collaboration in the legal profession. She is the founder of LawWithoutWalls, an experiential initiative that unites diverse stakeholders to tackle real-world legal challenges and how lawyers collaborate, learn, and lead. Michele has authored three books, including Leader Upheaval: A Guide to Client-Centricity, Culture Creation, and Collaboration, and works with legal professionals worldwide to drive change. Michele frequently delivers keynotes and facilitates design-thinking workshops for professional service providers worldwide helping them strengthen leadership, spark innovation, build client-centered cultures, and enhance influence across their organizations. Michele earned a B.A. magna cum laude from Dartmouth College and a J.D. degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Cyril Godet is Head of Legal Expertise & Alliances at DiliTrust, a leading French corporate governance software provider.

Deeply dedicated to his work, he has been an essential cog in the DiliTrust machine for over ten years. He is a member of the Digital Task Force of the AFJE, the French Association of Corporate Lawyers. Cyril qualified as a solicitor in France in 1999 and began his in-house career in 2000. He started his career as a Contract Lawyer for AXA, where he dealt with life insurance and yachting solutions. Following this, he worked for Groupe AZUR-GMF and Elior as a Corporate Lawyer.

Cyril prides himself on being technology-driven. He was the head of several IT missions at Elior and became the administrator of Visual Scope (one of DiliTrust's solutions) to monitor contracts between the group subsidiaries and suppliers. In 2010, he joined Etam as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer, where he was in charge of the listed holding, 100 French subsidiaries, and 80 foreign subsidiaries in more than 15 different countries.

In 2012, he joined DiliTrust as a Legal and Compliance Counsel. He was in charge of the Products and the Helpdesk departments for five years. Afterward, he supported the Sales Department as the Legal expert of DiliTrust and was in charge of partnerships for another five years.

He is now Head of the Legal Expertise & Alliances department for the Group. Cyril graduated from Paris West University Nanterre La Défense in Law in 1998, in which he studied French and American / English Law, and specialized in Corporate and Contract Law.

Emily Cabrera is a legal and business leader with over a decade of experience in technology transactions, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Leading the team of technology contracting at Lennar, she oversees legal strategy for vendor engagements exceeding $150 million. A Florida licensed attorney and Executive MBA candidate, Emily is spearheading Lennar’s enterprise AI Risk Framework, designed to identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks around emerging AI technologies. Her expertise spans privacy laws, data governance, and deal negotiation, positioning her as a strategic voice in aligning legal rigor with fast-paced innovation.

Felipe Falcone Perruci is Stellantis' Automobiles legal director for South America, one of the largest automakers groups in the world with 14 iconic brands, such as Maserati, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, Chrysler, Fiat, Peugeot and Citroën. Has 25 years of legal practice and the last 15 years acting as Stellantis’ corporate lawyer. Holds a master’s degree in business law (2005), certified by Sports Industry Essentials - Columbia University – New York (2019), PhD in Business Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG (2021). In addition, has an MBI – Master Business Innovation – Advanced Automotive Industry 4.0 (2023). Felipe is also a Professor of Business and Civil Law in Brazil, since 2002. Has authored five books in Business and Sports Law.
